Finally, we support you during the registration on the auction platform and the posting of the necessary documents and the deposit of the guarantee, we support you throughout the auction and communicate with notaries, lawyers and expeditors.

This feature is offered for specific auctions, for completed and fully owned properties.
The amount that can be given is up to 70% of the price of the first bid of the auction, the duration of the loan is up to 40 years, depending on the age of the borrower and the interest rate is fixed, variable or a combination of these (plus contribution Law 128 /75) depending on the agreement reached with the bank.
